◆Sensitivity range: 200nm to 0.07nm (6eV to 17.6keV) 【Soft X-ray, Far Ultraviolet Enhanced Photodiode】 The X-UV detector series, which won the R&D 100 Award in 1990, is a silicon photodiode designed for additional sensitivity in the X-ray region of the electromagnetic spectrum without using any scintillator crystals or screens. 【Depleted (Fully Depleted) Photodiode】 This photodiode is designed to minimize junction capacitance as much as possible to shorten response time. Another feature of this photodiode is that it has a large active area. 【Multichannel X-ray Detector Photoconductive Array】 This series consists of a 16-element array. Individual elements are grouped together and implemented on a PCB.
