"Precision micro-machining" refers to precision processing using CNC automatic lathes, capable of manufacturing fine parts with an outer diameter ranging from φ0.5 to a maximum outer diameter of φ32. These parts are utilized in precision nozzle components and medical device components. Additionally, it is possible to perform fine hole machining of approximately φ0.2 on the parts. The machine is equipped with a back chuck, allowing for coaxial cutting on both ends and ensuring coaxial accuracy.
