Toho Electric Co., Ltd., Daiichi Electric Co., Ltd., Shinmei Electric Co., Ltd., and Japan Actuator Co., Ltd. established a joint venture, "Wazhu Japan Actuator Zhejiang Co., Ltd.," on January 30, 2023, which designs, manufactures, and sells power relays, power latching relays, solenoids, switches, and other control devices. The establishment of this joint venture aims to integrate and streamline the development technology, production technology, and sales functions of each company's main products. By complementing each other's areas of expertise in these products, we will contribute to the development of technical capabilities and the expansion of product offerings. In the future, we plan to further strengthen our relationships with Toho Electric's Yokohama and Nagano factories, Daiichi Electric's Shibukawa factory, and Shinmei Electric's Omachi factory. This will promote the compression of manufacturing costs through process division of labor and joint procurement with an awareness of BCP (Business Continuity Planning), aiming for product enhancement and increased production of each product.
