The SPOT series is a common base photodetector segmented into 2 or 4 parts. 【Differential Signal Amplifier Module】 The QD7-0-SD or QD50-0-SD is a circuit and split photodiode array that provides two associated differential signals. 【Dual Lateral Structure Photodiode】 The superlinear position sensor provides a proportional continuous analog output to the displacement of the centroid of the light spot from the center of the active area. 【Quad Lateral Structure Photodiode】 The quad lateral position sensing detector is manufactured using a single resistive layer for both 1D and 2D measurements.
