Introducing a case where the bimetal protected the circuit from overheating!
We would like to introduce a case study of the bimetallic circuit breaker 'CBM-200' for customers in the charger industry. The customer needed a device to protect against risks such as damage from reverse connections and overloads, as well as failures in internal circuits. Therefore, we proposed protection using a manual reset circuit breaker. After the introduction of our product, the bimetallic element was able to protect the circuit from being interrupted due to heat generated when the current exceeded twice the rated current. [Case Overview] ■ Challenge: A device was needed to protect against risks such as damage from reverse connections and overloads, as well as failures in internal circuits. ■ Result: The bimetallic element protected the circuit from interruption due to heat generated when the current exceeded twice the rated current. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
