We are pleased to announce that our latest water-soluble cutting oil, the "Daphne Alpha Cool NV Series," has received the "Minister of the Environment Award" at the Green Sustainable Chemistry (GSC) Awards. This award recognizes our contribution to "reducing environmental impact" and acknowledges our product as socially implemented. The NV Series includes two types: an emulsion type that supports a wide range of processing from non-ferrous to alloy steel, and a soluble type specialized for iron processing. By combining the concepts of "improving the work environment on-site" and "reducing the amount of concentrate used," we have developed a water-soluble cutting oil that is friendly to the environment, producers, and the economy, which has been adopted by many customers. In this lecture, we will consider the reasons behind the relationship between cutting conditions and the effects of cutting oils, and explain the thinking necessary for effectively using cutting oils.
