Using a small laser distance sensor "D series" for measuring the subsidence of the vent.
Dimetix
When placing beams using the bent method, a small 1mm precision laser distance sensor is suitable for measuring subsidence. It measures the distance from the bent to the ground.
Features - Proven track record mainly in newly constructed steel road bridges - If the amount of subsidence exceeds the management value, a rotating light will issue a real-time alarm, allowing for decisions such as temporary work suspension - Traditionally, a surveying instrument called a "total station" was placed on the ground to measure prisms attached to the vent, but this compact laser distance sensor can be mounted directly on the vent - It can measure the distance to the ground with high precision (±1mm) and high-speed response (up to 250Hz) without prisms and contact, enabling more stable subsidence measurement while simplifying the equipment - Real-time measurement of subsidence due to the load on the girder is possible - Easy installation and the use of a non-contact laser distance sensor means no specialized knowledge is required for operation - The system can be built to upload data to the cloud, allowing monitoring from anywhere Our company provides comprehensive support for usage, implementation, control software development, and technical assistance. Since its establishment, we have been involved in the development of our own products, starting from gathering ideas, and have repeated the processes of mechanical design, processing, circuit design, and embedded programming every year. Currently, we are engaged in both OEM production and the sale of our own products, and we intend to continue developing measuring instruments that can further meet our customers' needs. We are also the general agent for Dimetix in Switzerland and are focusing on the sales of red laser distance meters. This product has been adopted for measuring the height of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in the world. We believe there are still many applications for this technology, and we would like to explore each one. In recent years, we have also been focusing on measuring instruments for railway-related construction limits. We have started to receive inquiries from East Japan Railway Company regarding the development of measuring instruments for construction limits in various fields such as construction, civil engineering, signaling, and power. Additionally, we received an Encouragement Award at the 28th Ota City Small and Medium Enterprises New Products and New Technologies Competition for our graphic-integrated construction limit measuring instrument.
