We would like to introduce a case where we undertook a prototype coating using our in-house developed "resin powder material." Due to the strict film thickness tolerance, several companies had declined the project. However, for a prototype trial, testing with processable materials was possible. Therefore, as a lab for the development of new materials, we received trial test pieces from the development team and managed to process them according to the very strict film thickness conditions.
