Cutting possible with half the resistance of aluminum! We can accommodate with suggestions for using anti-rust paper and surface treatment.
We would like to introduce the machinability of our material "magnesium" in cutting processing. The machinability (cutting performance) itself is very good, allowing for cutting with half the resistance of aluminum. However, it has a low Young's modulus, which is inversely proportional to its susceptibility to deformation, and care must be taken regarding warping, the risk of ignition, and susceptibility to corrosion. At our company, we use oil-soluble cutting oil in almost all machines, and we strive to reduce the risk of ignition by keeping dry sand for firefighting purposes on hand during processing. 【Surface Treatment】 ■ Chemical treatment ■ Coating ■ Anodized coating treatment ■ Electroplating *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
