Nagomist is a spray device developed to alleviate the heat of urban areas. As a result of trial and error, we succeeded in achieving a 30-fold effectiveness in lowering air temperature compared to household air conditioners, while spraying water droplets that feel dry on the skin. Nagomist Design Co., Ltd. is a company established in 2005 by Professor Emeritus Tsujimoto of Nagoya University, Professor Emeritus Okumiya of Nagoya University, and Professor Harada of Nagoya City University, who are the developers of dry mist. Over the past 18 years, it has promoted the dissemination of space cooling technology through achievements at the Global Loop during the Aichi Expo and the inclusion of basic information in the air conditioning handbook, as well as the development of nozzles in collaboration with various nozzle manufacturers, selection of pumps, operational methods including automatic control, establishment of material quality standards including hygiene and safety, and maintenance methods.
