Acetonitrile, ethanol, and phosphate buffer can be used as mobile phases!
"Ultron ES" is an insolubilized protein column equipped with asymmetric recognition sites for the optical isomer separation of numerous chiral compounds. It is designed to have a chiral stationary phase with two complementary protein bases, making it suitable for HPLC separation of optical isomers without derivatization. Additionally, it is suitable for the separation of pharmaceuticals. It can directly separate racemates without going through derivatization. 【Features】 ■ Ultron ES-OVM is used for the separation of optical isomers of acidic and basic pharmaceuticals. ■ Basic compounds that are difficult to separate with common products can sometimes be easily separated. ■ The ES-OVM column and ES-Pepsin column use a 120Å, 5μm silica packing that combines ovomucoid protein and pepsin protein. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
