The "ZORBAX Eclipse Amino Acid Analysis (AAA)" is a column designed for high-speed separation of amino acids, following updated and improved protocols for use with Agilent HPLC systems. All analytical tasks between injections can be completed in 14 minutes (with a 10-minute analysis time) using a short 7.5 cm column, or in 24 minutes (with a 16-minute analysis time) using a long 15 cm column.
