The tabletop CNC milling machine CNCBS4 series is a compact cutting machine with a wide processing range. It is suitable for machining resins such as MDF (medium-density fiberboard), chemical wood, and MC nylon. The compact CNCBS4 can be installed without taking up much space, and the CNCBS4L offers an even wider processing range, making it versatile for various applications. It supports a wide range of machining from resins to non-ferrous metals, utilizing a high-speed spindle with a maximum of 24,000 RPM, allowing for detailed engraving and deburring processes among other uses. For non-ferrous metal processing, it is equipped with a coolant system, while dry processing is possible for resin machining. The coolant oil (with a pump unit and oil tray included as standard) enhances machining accuracy, prevents wear, and facilitates chip removal, ensuring safe machining operations. It also enables the automation of three-dimensional engraving and deburring tasks, contributing to uniform finishing. The machine can be customized flexibly to meet customer needs, such as changes to the housing based on processing content and installation location, or expansion of the processing range. The oil tray and coolant pump are standard features, and it is a reliable domestically produced CNC milling machine with comprehensive support.
