For pump motor protection! Here are examples of how bimetals have protected circuit breakers.
We would like to introduce a case study of the bimetallic circuit breaker 'CBM-200' for customers in the charger industry. The customer needed a device to protect against risks such as burning due to reverse connection and overload, as well as failures in the internal circuit. We proposed protection using a manual reset circuit breaker, and after implementation, the bimetallic component was able to protect the circuit from disconnection due to the heat generated during overload. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge - A device was needed to protect against risks such as burning due to reverse connection and overload, as well as failures in the internal circuit. ■Result - The bimetallic component protected the circuit from disconnection due to the heat generated during overload. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
