Overcurrent prevention and burn prevention! Usable for applications such as motor protection in electric vehicles.
We would like to introduce a case study of our bimetallic circuit breaker 'CBM-200'. Our customer in the charger industry required a device to protect against risks such as damage from reverse connection and overload. In response, we proposed protection using a manual reset circuit breaker that can be panel-mounted (hole size Φ12mm). This allows the bimetal to protect the circuit from being interrupted due to heat generated during an overload. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge - A device is needed to protect against risks such as damage from reverse connection and overload, as well as failures in internal circuits. ■Result - The bimetal protects the circuit from being interrupted due to heat generated during an overload. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
