Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device: Metal Material Processing Manufacturer
Significant cost reduction! Achieved zero emissions and successfully reduced volume by over 90%.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G1000 type" to a metal materials processing manufacturer. Due to the disposal of 20,000 liters per day of water-soluble rolling oil wastewater, the disposal costs were a significant burden. With the introduction of the device, we successfully achieved a volume reduction of over 90%. Furthermore, the oil content in the residue has a low moisture content and is of high quality, allowing it to be collected as a valuable material, leading to the achievement of zero emissions and significant cost reduction. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduction Date: March 2012 ■ Waste Liquid Processed: Water-soluble rolling oil wastewater ■ Processing Volume: 20,000 L/day (operating 24 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 93.20% ■ Residue Moisture Content: 1.1% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is developing as an environmental conservation equipment manufacturer by applying the core technology of dry cleaning machine development and its elemental technologies (gas recovery using activated carbon, reuse through solvent distillation regeneration) to other industries. This has resulted in the removal treatment of low-concentration radioactive contaminated materials and the cleanliness management process for final cleaning systems of space-related engines. We propose the distillation concentration of high-concentration waste liquid discharged from production processes using a vacuum dehydration drying device based on vacuum distillation, contributing to the reduction of industrial waste, resource recovery, and the reuse of distilled water.
