Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device for Stainless Steel Product Manufacturers
Very compact and space-saving! A case study of our vacuum dehydration drying equipment.
We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel product manufacturing company implemented the vacuum dehydration drying device "G250 model." In the construction of a new factory, the vacuum dehydration drying device was adopted for the treatment of rinse water discharged from the cleaning process of product production. Compared to conventional wastewater treatment facilities, it is very compact, takes up little space, and is easy to manage, which has been greatly appreciated. 【Case Overview】 ■ Implementation Date: December 2014 ■ Treated Waste Liquid: Rinse water from the cleaning process ■ Treatment Volume: 1000–2000L/day (operating 8 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 99.35% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is developing as an environmental conservation equipment manufacturer by applying the core technology of dry cleaning machine development and its elemental technologies (gas recovery using activated carbon, reuse through solvent distillation regeneration) to other industries. This has resulted in the removal treatment of low-concentration radioactive contaminated materials and the cleanliness management process for final cleaning systems of space-related engines. We propose the distillation concentration of high-concentration waste liquid discharged from production processes using a vacuum dehydration drying device based on vacuum distillation, contributing to the reduction of industrial waste, resource recovery, and the reuse of distilled water.
