We would like to introduce a case study of our production of "3D molded sheets (for trains, automobiles, buses, and aircraft)." Conventional cushioning materials, such as urethane foam, are difficult to recycle and pose a significant global issue due to the generation of toxic cyanide gas, which has a high fatality rate during fires. In response, we were requested by our customers to develop cushioning materials made primarily from polyester fibers that are safe and recyclable.
