We would like to introduce a case study of our company’s production of "filters (masks, ventilation fans, industrial filters, activated carbon filters for aquariums)." The customer faced challenges such as a limited variety of materials for general products, difficulties in adding functionality, a lack of knowledge about fibers, and high costs associated with development for prototyping. In response, our company selected the types and thicknesses of fibers, proposed functionalities (such as antibacterial properties and collection efficiency), and produced the desired product.
