We accept dimensional measurements using the 3D shape measuring machine (VR-5200).
We will measure the dimensions of rubber, plastic (resin), and metal products. By scanning the product and creating a 3D shape on the PC, you can check the cross-sectional shape without cutting the product. Additionally, warping and waviness in flat areas can also be checked using a color chart.

By shining striped light, known as slit light, on the product, we read the resulting steps to calculate the shape and create 3D data on a PC. The created data can be freely rotated or adjusted in height magnification to emphasize the unevenness. However, due to the nature of the light being directed from above, it is difficult to read mirrored or transparent products as the light may pass through or scatter. Additionally, undercut shapes, like the eaves of a roof, will not receive light, so readings will only extend to the tip of the eaves. *For mirrored or transparent surfaces, it is possible to capture them by applying a special spray.*
