Here are four features of the unused heat recovery heat exchange unit G-HEX!
When it comes to heat exchangers, it was common knowledge that they were made of metal, but we developed a resin-based heat exchanger, G-HEX, through a NEDO project research and development. The 'G-HEX' has a low pressure loss in the flow path, with pressure loss being less than 1/10 compared to typical Φ500mm products, and an overwhelming heat exchange capacity that is five times greater, making it highly economical. It is made of polyethylene resin (PE100) with an estimated lifespan of over 50 years, ensuring long durability. It is resistant to corrosive water quality such as hot spring water, eliminating the need for rust prevention measures. Additionally, it is resistant to clogging, allowing for use without concern for water quality. 【Features】 ■ Pressure loss is less than 1/10, with a heat exchange capacity five times greater, making it highly economical ■ Made of polyethylene resin (PE100) with an estimated lifespan of over 50 years, ensuring long durability ■ Resistant to corrosive water quality such as hot spring water, eliminating the need for rust prevention ■ Resistant to clogging, allowing for use without concern for water quality

Since our establishment 23 years ago, we have been a consultant specializing in geothermal energy, conducting preliminary surveys and construction to confirm the potential of unused thermal energy, as well as developing, manufacturing, and installing heat exchange units necessary for heat exchange. Through the sale of materials and consulting related to thermal utilization systems centered on renewable energy and geothermal energy, we hope to contribute to a lifestyle that considers the global environment.
