We measure various powder characteristics such as "friction properties," "strength properties," "adhesion properties," and "filling properties" of battery materials, AM materials, pharmaceutical materials, and more with high precision.
● Powder Friction Testing Device It can measure the "friction characteristics" of powders with high precision, allowing for the evaluation of various properties such as flowability, adhesion, and filling ability. Measurements can be taken from 1mL and can be customized according to requirements such as powder layer, powder-substrate interaction, and temperature conditions. ● Powder Strength Testing Device It can evaluate the "strength characteristics" of powders with high precision, assessing particle crushing force and elastic properties (Young's modulus). Measurements can be conducted over a wide range from 10nN to 10N, and temperature conditions can also be specified. It can capture frame-by-frame images and observe the subject along with displacement graphs.
