"AdvanceBio Peptide Plus" is a reverse-phase surface porous particle LC column optimized for the separation of target peptides, impurities, and post-translational modifications. By modifying 2.7μm particles with a C18 stationary phase treated with a hybrid end-capping process and a pore size of 100Å, a charged surface is formed. Using this product, multiple critical quality attributes can be reliably identified using LC/MS.
