The "ZORBAX RRHD-Wide Pore" is an LC column suitable for the analysis of biopharmaceuticals, providing highly reproducible separations of proteins and peptides. To efficiently separate proteins, peptides, or other macromolecules, the sample needs to be in close proximity to the stationary phase surface, which is why such a wide pore (300Å) column is necessary.
