We would like to introduce the "HSA Affinity Removal Spin Cartridge" that we handle. By removing albumin, the dynamic range of analysis is effectively expanded, and the sensitivity of subsequent sample LC/MS analysis and electrophoresis is improved. It is designed to remove a large amount of interfering proteins (albumin) from human samples (plasma, serum, urine, or cerebrospinal fluid, etc.). 【Features】 ■ The cartridge uses a multiple affinity removal system to remove approximately 50-55% of total proteins (albumin). ■ The serum injection volume per analysis is 65μL. ■ It can process over 13,000μL of plasma/serum until the lifespan of the spin cartridge. ■ Human albumin affinity removal LC columns are also available. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
