We would like to introduce a case where the maintenance management system "MENTENA" was implemented at Shinjo Seisakusho, which is engaged in the manufacturing of essential fastening components and cold forging tools for automobile manufacturing. The company faced challenges such as "inability to perform planned maintenance" and "desire to reduce the burden on the field to meet the maintenance standards required by the international standard IATF16949." In response, we implemented our "MENTENA." As a result, they were able to "understand the status of equipment in real-time" and "easily plan predictive maintenance by grasping the current maintenance status."
