In the heat treatment of martensitic stainless steel, please make sure to utilize this vacuum carburizing furnace.
We would like to introduce our "HV8." In stainless steel with a high chromium content, chromium carbides precipitate at the grain boundaries around 600 to 700°C. Since oil cooling can cool nearly 10 times faster than gas cooling, it suppresses the precipitation of these chromium carbides and does not compromise corrosion resistance. 【Benefits】 ■ Increases hardness ■ Suppresses the precipitation of chromium carbides ■ Appropriate heat treatment temperature *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has been providing various heating processes centered around vacuum heat treatment to mold manufacturers and parts manufacturers. Leveraging that experience, we decided to enter the field of heat treatment processing for aircraft parts in 2012, and in 2015, we introduced a vacuum heat treatment furnace compliant with JISQ9100 and AMS standards. We fully utilize vacuum heat treatment to support you with heat treatment processes that require traceability and heat treatment standards for special materials.
