The "AES-FP Series" is a monitor capable of continuously monitoring particles of 0.3μm (or 0.5μm) and larger in environments that require cleanliness management, such as clean rooms, clean booths, semiconductor, film, and food manufacturing processes, printing processes, and hospital facilities. It supports the visualization of airborne particles with class values and is useful for HACCP management. The sensor unit is compactly designed for integration into production equipment and can be installed in tight spaces. Additionally, the product allows for the separation and attachment of the sensor unit. Even during the calibration period, measurements can continue by using a separately purchased new sensor unit. ■ Enables low-cost measurement of airborne particles ■ Displays cleanliness classes from 1,000 to 100,000 with four levels of LEDs ■ Outputs the number of particles of 0.3μm (or 0.5μm) and several micrometers or larger ■ Offers five models with different output specifications to suit various applications ■ Allows for the separation and attachment of the particle sensing monitor and sensor unit ■ Optional temperature and humidity sensor can be installed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
