New functions can be added to conventional paints! It demonstrates sufficient adhesion.
"Die-cast additive" is an adhesion promoter that demonstrates adhesion properties simply by being added. Typically, die-cast materials have poor adhesion with paints, making chemical treatments such as alodine treatment and trivalent chromium treatment essential. However, by simply adding this product to existing paints, sufficient adhesion can be achieved without those treatments. [Features] ■ Applicable paints: Heat-cured acrylic, melamine, epoxy resin paints ■ Applicable materials: Die-cast (aluminum die-cast ADC12, magnesium alloy confirmed) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company started in 1981 as a paint wholesaler and later encountered stainless steel flakes. At that time, they were almost unknown in Japan, but through joint research with Kawasaki Steel (now JFE Steel), we developed stainless steel flakes and their associated paints. Subsequent research led to the creation of numerous groundbreaking paints that cannot be found elsewhere. We invite you to experience them.
