Water-based acrylic-epoxy primer specifically for repro mortar, demonstrating excellent performance on both wet and dry surfaces of the repair area, and bonding strongly with the substrate.
We propose a cross-section repair method called "Reprocrete Method." Repro Bond is a water-based acrylic-epoxy primer specifically designed for Repro Mortar. It demonstrates excellent performance on both wet and dry surfaces, firmly bonding Repro Mortar to the substrate. <Features> 1. Workability ● Considering the difficulty of application due to the high viscosity characteristic of epoxy resins, we have reduced the viscosity, making the application process easier. ● It can be easily applied with brushes, rollers, etc., providing excellent workability. ● Being water-based, application tools can be washed with water until the resin cures. 2. High Adhesion ● It exhibits excellent adhesion even on ceiling surfaces and smooth surfaces. ● It shows excellent adhesion on concrete surfaces that are in a wet state. 3. Safety ● Being water-based, there is no risk of fire or solvent poisoning.

【Instructions for Use】 ■ Chipping Work Please remove any floating concrete, laitance, weak areas, oil residues, and other contaminants from the substrate concrete. ■ Mixing Prepare a mixing container (such as a plastic container) and combine the main agent and hardener in a mixing ratio (weight ratio) of 2:1, then stir well. ■ Application ● Use a brush or roller to apply the material evenly, ensuring it does not accumulate in depressions. ● Immediately after application, it is possible to apply the topcoat without waiting for drying (at low temperatures, wait 1 hour after application). Additionally, application of the cross-section repair material is possible within 4 hours (in a 20°C environment). If more time has passed, it may lead to poor adhesion, so please reapply. ■ Next Steps ● Before applying the cross-section repair material, be sure to touch the applied surface to confirm that there is tackiness. ● Perform construction and curing in an environment above 5°C. If below 5°C, consider heating measures. ● For construction in low temperatures (under 5°C), apply the cross-section repair material approximately 1 hour after applying the repro bond. ● Depending on the site conditions (ventilation, sunlight, etc.), there is a possibility that the applied primer may dry out even within the construction time frame.

Since our establishment in 1958, we have diligently continued research and development of release agents for concrete, while also setting up branches, sales offices, and factories across Japan to provide our customers with faster service. In addition to concrete release agents, we have also internalized the production of concrete repair materials and concrete paints, further expanding our business scope to include cross-section repair materials. Thanks to this effort, our products have gained the trust of our customers and are used in almost all concrete secondary product factories in Japan, and we have begun exporting to countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, and China. We aim to be an advisor who can provide not only products but also knowledge and technology, and we will continue to challenge ourselves with difficult issues. Moving forward, we are passionate about research and development and technological innovation to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and we hope to contribute to the improvement of social infrastructure.
