Repro Anti-Rust Paste [Polymer Cement-Based Rebar Anti-Rust Material with Lithium Nitrite]
Reprocrete method
Lithium Nitrite-Containing Polymer Cement-Based Rebar Corrosion Inhibitor Structural Construction Management Guidelines for East, Central, and West Japan Expressway Company, Inc. Rebar Corrosion Inhibitor Performance Verification Conforming Product
We propose a cross-section repair method called "Reprocrete Method." Repro anti-corrosion paste is a rust prevention material for rebar that has corroded due to salt damage and carbonation. By mixing a special polymer admixture containing lithium nitrite with cement-based powder, it can be used as a polymer cement paste with high anti-corrosion properties. <Features> 1. Workability ● Since the admixture and powder are individually packaged, it contributes to reducing the hassle of measuring on-site and minimizing material loss. 2. Anti-corrosion properties ● The alkalinity derived from cement and the effect of regenerating a passive film on the rebar surface with nitrite ions provide high anti-corrosion properties.

【Instructions for Use】 ■ Chipping Work Remove any floating concrete, laitance, weak areas, oil, and other contaminants around the construction area. If the rebar is rusted, clean it with a wire brush or similar tool. *If there will be a delay between cleaning and applying this product, it is recommended to apply a reprochange coat. ■ Mixing ● Prepare a mixing container (such as a pail) and pour in the mixing liquid. *Stir well before pouring. ● While stirring with a mixer, gradually add the powder in small amounts and mix for more than 3 minutes. ■ Application ● Using a brush, apply the first layer by rubbing it onto the surface of the rebar. (Touch dry time for the first layer: approximately 30 minutes at 20°C) *Moisten the brush with water beforehand. ● After touch drying, apply the second layer to a thickness that leaves the height of the rebar ribs visible. (Recommended application thickness: 1mm) *Be careful to avoid missing any spots on the back of the rebar. If applying to a larger area, you may also use a roller. ■ Next Steps ● Perform appropriate curing, such as using curing sheets, and after confirming hardening, backfill with a repair material. (Hardening time estimate: 1 day at 20°C)

Since our establishment in 1958, we have diligently continued research and development of release agents for concrete, while also setting up branches, sales offices, and factories across Japan to provide our customers with faster service. In addition to concrete release agents, we have also internalized the production of concrete repair materials and concrete paints, further expanding our business scope to include cross-section repair materials. Thanks to this effort, our products have gained the trust of our customers and are used in almost all concrete secondary product factories in Japan, and we have begun exporting to countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, and China. We aim to be an advisor who can provide not only products but also knowledge and technology, and we will continue to challenge ourselves with difficult issues. Moving forward, we are passionate about research and development and technological innovation to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and we hope to contribute to the improvement of social infrastructure.
