Based on the opinions and requests of dozens of users, we have developed and revamped a new interference fringe analysis device. - Operation via icons allows even beginners to easily perform measurement tasks. - Improved phase connection accuracy through the introduction of image processing technology. - Addition of various analysis functions: ⇒ Zernike coefficients: Analysis possible with both Fringe Zernike and Standard Zernike coefficients. ⇒ Cartesian coefficients: Analysis in orthogonal coordinate systems and aberration removal are possible. ⇒ Analysis with user-defined functions: Computational functions for Zernike, PV, Coma, Power, etc. ⇒ Phase data computation functions: Various analyses such as averaging processing, two-sphere method, and three-plane method are possible. ⇒ Automatic removal function for abnormal images (dust, scratches). - In addition to PV values, RMS values, Zernike aberrations (spherical/coma/astigmatism), 3D (bird's-eye view), 2D (contour map), and cross-sectional analysis, analysis compliant with ISO10110-5 for IRR (Irregularity) and RSI (Rotationally Symmetric Irregularity) is also possible.
