We would like to introduce a case study of the logistics system implemented at Sanwa Bolt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The company was previously relying on manual labor for in-house transportation and storage, and was repackaging into smaller boxes for delivery according to orders, which resulted in poor work efficiency and had been a significant issue for some time.
