We will introduce the bonding of different materials using the "MetaSeal" product from Fujimori Industrial Co., Ltd. There are two types of bonding: PP+CFRP and CFRP+CFRP. While our bonding machines excel at bonding the same materials, bonding different materials or materials other than thermoplastic resins is challenging. However, by using MetaSeal and the ultrasonic welding machine (SUW300), it is possible to bond different materials and even materials that have been difficult to bond in the past.
