During an explosion, the opening position fixed latch is released by wind speed, causing the float valve to move axially and become fixed in the closed position, thereby blocking the propagation of flames. It fundamentally eliminates the user's management burden (such as packing replacement and wind speed adjustments). **Features** - Can be used with powder flow. - The metal seal mechanism (flame shut-off GAP) removes accumulated powder from the closing surface. - No gaskets are used on the valve's closing surface. - The pressure loss and turbulence of the powder flow passing through the float valve during operation are minimal. - The latch fixed (open) type resolves issues related to the floating of the valve body during operation, malfunction, and valve operation resistance (spring). - It is a pressure-resistant passive shut-off valve (pressure strength 12 bar). - Recovery from operation is easy (release of closed latch and manual return from inspection port). - Maintenance involves visual inspection and manual operation, with no replacement parts needed.
