Introducing examples of reducing physical and psychological anxiety in palletizing through manual labor!
We would like to introduce a case study of our "Collaborative Palletizer CoboPal" implemented at a beverage and food manufacturer. The purpose of the implementation was to reduce the burden on operators and to alleviate the psychological stress of having palletizing operations occurring simultaneously in two locations, ensuring that equipment operation would not be interrupted. As a result of the implementation, we were able to reduce both the physical and psychological anxieties associated with manual palletizing. [Case Overview] ■ Purpose and Challenges of Implementation - Reducing the burden on operators due to palletizing tasks - Alleviating the psychological stress of not interrupting equipment operation ■ Results of Implementation - Automation of one location reduced psychological stress - Elimination of repacking tasks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
