Automation of box packing operations! A case study of horizontal deployment across the same line in all factories.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Vacuum Packaging Case" that we handle, which was implemented at a manufacturer of fish paste products. The purpose of the implementation was to reduce the number of personnel involved in packing operations and to horizontally expand to factories nationwide. However, challenges included the narrow installation environment and the differing layouts and line specifications at each factory. To tailor the specifications to each factory's line, we conducted on-site inspections in advance and held numerous meetings.
