We would like to introduce a case where our products were implemented in a meat processing manufacturer to reduce labor. The production line, operating in a harsh environment at 4°C, aimed for stable operation, but securing workers was difficult, leading to concerns about stable supply. We proposed a combination of a "360-degree type scara robot" and a "vision system," which reduced the need for four workers to zero and achieved miniaturization of the equipment. This also made it easier to expand the line and change the layout.
