Transporting food and drinks! Introduced with a goal of 100 round trips per day, which also led to increased customer attraction.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an automatic door opening and closing robot at a karaoke shop. It was implemented for the delivery of food and drinks, achieving 80% of the goal with 100 round trips per day. The cost-effectiveness was recovered in about a year, and it also contributed to increased customer attraction as an additional benefit. Additionally, we customized the system so that a bell rings upon arrival, and a password is displayed on the in-room tablet, allowing the door to open upon entering the password.
