We would like to introduce a case where our company manufactured "stiffeners" for truck bed pillar components. The customer's blanking process involved total punching with an NC turret punch, which resulted in poor material yield, high processing costs, and long lead times. In response, we designed and developed a mold that uses the material width of the coil as the product width, allowing the length of the product to be varied by changing the feed amount. As a result, we were able to accommodate all similar products with different lengths, significantly improve material yield, reduce processing costs, and offer solutions for shorter lead times.
