We would like to introduce a case where Union Maeda Co., Ltd. manufactured a "V Pulley," a power transmission component utilizing V-belts. We proposed a method that included a design change from the customer's conventional method (a split pulley with a plate thickness of 3.2mm) to our method (roll forming with a plate thickness of 1.6mm). We suggested a shape that satisfies both our product specifications and the dimensions required by the customer, which was adopted. Our strength lies in providing a total proposal that includes processing of the boss, keyway and spline machining, welding, and surface treatment.
