X/Y axis MEMS, Z axis FOG, accelerometer, GNSS included, compact and lightweight at 500g, ideal for autonomous driving and underground navigation systems.
The INS adopts inexpensive MEMS for the X-axis (Roll) and Y-axis (Pitch), and a self-developed FOG for the Z-axis (Yaw), achieving high precision while keeping costs down. The bias stability is <10°/h for the X and Y axes, and <0.03°/h for the Z axis. We also offer a budget version with the Z-axis at <0.2°/h. The system includes a GNSS module with RTK positioning capabilities and a speedometer, enabling advanced navigation. Temperature compensation is applied across the entire operating temperature range, allowing for real-time output of position, speed, and attitude with centimeter-level accuracy, even maintaining functionality for a while after losing satellite signals. The design complies with automotive regulations and uses navigation algorithms that recognize the vehicle's motion state, with connections to multiple sensors, online software upgrade capabilities, and automatic parameter calibration functions. It is ideal for Level 4 autonomous driving in vehicles, unmanned operation of construction machinery, cranes, and agricultural machinery, mobile mapping, and navigation systems in underground parking lots, tunnels, and other areas where satellite signals are unavailable. Developed and manufactured by I-NAV Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Tianlu Hai Navigation Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.).
