High-speed, low-noise, high-sensitivity global shutter CMOS sensor.
Pixaris's high dynamic range (HDR) COMS sensor features a unique global shutter pixel structure with two gains within a single pixel to achieve high sensitivity shooting in low light conditions and high dynamic range shooting. This allows for excellent image capture under any conditions, including high-speed shooting, low-light shooting, and high dynamic range shooting.

basic information
- Adopts a global shutter method, enabling high-speed operation. - Achieves high dynamic range with a unique pixel structure that has two gains within a single pixel. - Deep trench technology (DTI) reduces dark current and crosstalk, maintaining high MTF even in the NIR range. - Sensitivity in low-light conditions is quadrupled through analog binning. - Faster readout is possible with a cyclic ADC (10/11/12 bit). - Output formats: 10 bit (high speed), 11/12/16 bit (HDR). - Expands dynamic range by continuous shooting in bracket mode. - Up to 3×3 ROI settings can be configured within the image. - Noise: 2e- @ maximum fps, 1.3e- in low noise mode.

The main segments where Chronix is active are semiconductors and electronic components for industrial, space, and defense applications. In the industrial sector, they sell CCD cameras and lenses in the machine vision field, as well as infrared detectors. For space semiconductors, they provide technology trends from major European manufacturers (such as SOFRADIR, Atmel, 3d plus, etc.), and sales of MIL components are also growing at competitive prices.
