The fastener becomes part of the base material! The clinching ring prevents the rotation of the fastener.
The "PEM Clinching Nut" is a product used for mounting and securing to base materials such as aluminum, steel, or stainless steel. When installing the clinching nut, it is inserted into a properly sized mounting hole in the base material and pressed with a force parallel to the nut head. The base material metal around the shank flows into the undercut, making the fastener part of the base material. After installation, the serrated clinching ring prevents the fastener from rotating. 【Features】 ■ Pressed with a force parallel to the nut head ■ Serrated clinching ring prevents fastener rotation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
