Minimize even during large currents! Here we present case studies on voltage drop using our products.
About the voltage drop suppression of 'Powertron' handled by Ekon Corporation We will introduce a comparison case between the Condorfa starting method and our product. In the Condorfa starting method, a large inrush current flows instantaneously in the first and second stages. There are means to reduce the voltage in the first stage to suppress the inrush current, but this also suppresses the acceleration torque, increasing the risk of poor acceleration, and there is a possibility that the inrush current will be larger when transitioning to full voltage. Our product does experience a voltage drop, but it reduces the inrush current, allowing it to rise gradually afterward, which minimizes the voltage drop. [Case Overview] ■ Condorfa Starting Method - A large inrush current flows instantaneously in the first and second stages ■ Powertron - Voltage drop occurs, but it can be minimized *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
