We would like to introduce a case study on packaging consulting for export dunnage trays for metal parts with advanced surface finishes. We received a request to transport the products with minimal stress on the surface. Ultimately, we created a unique solution that uses cushioning foam at the gripping points of the product and employs plastic dunnage sheets as the base material to ensure load-bearing strength. [Challenges] - Due to the increased weight per carton (just under 10 kg total), materials with a certain level of strength and rigidity are required. - We want to grip the parts with as small an area as possible while avoiding areas that have been treated with anti-rust coatings. - Since the materials will be discarded at the destination (overseas), a structure that avoids bonding materials and allows for disassembly and disposal by material is desirable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
