We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for a foldable side pad for laptops. The request was to maintain the cardboard material while enhancing the cushioning performance (however, we wanted to minimize the labor involved in assembling the cushioning material as much as possible). In response, we proposed Santech Foam, a high-performance cushioning material. This ensured robust cushioning performance and product support while keeping the assembly labor on the production line to a minimum.
