We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for disposable cold storage boxes used for research pharmaceuticals. A manufacturer handling research pharmaceuticals for individuals requested our assistance as part of their efforts towards the SDGs, leading them to reconsider their current materials. Using a new material called "Elcoco Foam," which substitutes over 50% of its raw materials with plant-derived components, we formed a suitable proposal that not only involved a material change but also took into account cost, environmental performance, cold retention performance, and workability in a comprehensive manner.
