Additionally, we have focused on "etching depth and surface smoothness," which are significant factors affecting print quality, and set our quality standards to plus or minus 2μm, guaranteeing stable print quality. ■ High Durability The hardness of the plate material is HRC 61-64. It is resistant to scratches and has high durability. ■ Abundant Plate Material Inventory We offer plate thicknesses of 10mm and 0.5mm. We have sizes compatible with various manufacturers' printing machines. Custom processing for special sizes is also available. ■ Recyclable Our used plate materials can be reused (10mm thick plates only).
