A new lineup, "ROTEX GS ZRS," has been added to the widely used ROTEX GS in work machines, FA devices, and more. This series, designed with applications such as conveyors in mind, offers five sizes ranging from GS 19 to GS 42. Made with aluminum spacers, it is lightweight and has a low moment of inertia, while KTR's unique design achieves high torsional rigidity. It contributes to high-precision operation even in servo-driven applications where synchronization is required. Additionally, with a double cardanic structure featuring spiders positioned in two places, it allows for a large misalignment tolerance. The design also incorporates a damping resin spider, which helps reduce the load on surrounding equipment such as bearings.
